Terms & Conditions

By ordering this book, you agree to the following:

  1. Payment is made in full upfront, right after you submit the order — before the character preview and before the book enters production.
  2. Paying is your acceptance of the character build. The preview stage afterward is for minor corrections only — it isn't a cancellation window, and payments stay non-refundable at every stage.
  3. Payments made are non-refundable in any form.
  4. Every book passes strict quality control (QC) before shipping. Printed books cannot be returned, exchanged, or reprinted for any reason.
  5. By placing an order, the customer is considered to have read and agreed to all of these terms and conditions.
  6. The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided (child's name/age, photos, address). Data errors made by the customer are not our responsibility and are not grounds for a reprint.
  7. Once the character preview is approved, changes to the story, art style, or child details can no longer be processed.
  8. Estimated delivery times may change due to factors beyond our control (courier, weather, force majeure) — these are not our responsibility.
  9. For physical products, reshipping costs caused by a wrong or incomplete address from the customer are borne by the customer.
  10. Digital products are delivered as a PDF file via WhatsApp/email, with no shipping cost, and cannot be cancelled or refunded once the file has been sent.
  11. Photos that are inappropriate, infringe copyright, or are not of the customer's own child will be rejected.
