Andai Aku collects and processes your child's personal data — including three photos: a front and a side close-up of their face, and a full-body photo — to make the personalized storybook you order. This page is the full record of that policy: what we collect, how it's used and stored, and the rights you have as a parent or guardian.
Legal Basis
This policy is written to comply with UU PDP No. 27/2022, Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law (Law Number 27 of 2022). We process your child's and your personal data on the basis of the explicit consent you give when you submit the order form, and only for the purposes described on this page.
Data We Collect
When you place an order, we collect: three photos of your child (a front close-up of the face, a side close-up of the face, and a full-body photo), your child's name and age, the parent or guardian's name and WhatsApp number, and — for printed orders — a shipping address. We don't ask for anything beyond what's needed to make and deliver your book.
How We Use Your Data
Everything you give us is used only to fulfil this order, under these rules:
- All of your child's photos are deleted no later than 30 days after the order is completed.
- To turn your child's face into the character in the illustrations, all three photos are processed by a third-party AI image service. Apart from this process, your child's photos are not shared with anyone.
- Photos are held in private storage and are never made publicly accessible.
- Photos are never sent by email, never written to logs, and never used for promotion without your separate permission.
- Order details (name, age, contact, address) are used only to produce and ship your book.
Cross-Border Data Transfer
To turn your child's face into the illustrated character, all three photos are sent to a third-party AI image service whose processing servers are located outside Indonesia. The photos are sent there only to generate the character and are not retained there permanently. This AI image service is the only third party that ever receives your child's photos.
Usage Analytics
We use a third-party analytics service to understand how visitors use this site and to anonymously record session replays so we can improve the order flow. Every text field in the order form is masked in these recordings, and your child's three photos and the WhatsApp link are never recorded or sent to this service in any form.
Data Retention
Your child's three photos are kept in private storage, used only to make this book, and deleted no later than 30 days after the order is completed.
Requesting Deletion
Your child's photos are deleted automatically no later than 30 days after the order is completed — you don't need to ask. If you'd like the photos or order data deleted sooner, contact us on the same WhatsApp channel you used to place the order, quoting your order code.
